What do the "order Status" terms means?

In the control panel page, you will found few categories regarding your order. The following list of terms is used to show your order status:

" Awaiting to be Process" - Your order has been submitted and will be processed soon. Orders usually stay in this stage for less than 1 hour.

" Processing" - Your order is under processing with confirmation of the stocks available.

"Pending for Payment" - Your order is pending for payment. Admin will send a hp message to you, to notify total payment and account number". Payment has to made within 3 days for reservation of your orders.

" Payment Received" - Noted your payment.

" Packing" - Your order has now been forwarded to the warehouse for packing and shipment. Orders usually ship on the spot day if payment make before 3pm. Parcel that require to be hold need to be inform us.

" Delivered" - Parcel has been sent to the receiver's house. Estimate 1 -2 working days to be received. Tracking number will be provided in the meantime. (Please refer to your order)

"Admin Cancel Order" - If the stocks are unavailable and couldn't process, we will shift the orders and stated as Admin cancel orders. The order will be suspended or canceled.

"Customers Cancel Order" - After receiving the confirmation of customers regarding cancellation orders, we will shift the orders status into this category.
